Changes to Customer Accounts

  • Logging in using two-step authentication

    Customers log in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email. A password isn't required to log in. The code is valid for 72 hours.

  • Manage Payment Methods

    Securely add one or multiple credit cards to your company's account so that it becomes available for future purchases without entering the card information again.

    Stored credit cards are also useful if you decide to email or call in your order instead of placing the order on the website yourself. Your IC Intracom Sales representative can simply charge the credit card you have added to your account.

    Note that stored credit cards are available for any contact that is associated with your company.
